What you'll do:
  • Lead sales efforts for electrical components, focused on industrial controls, circuit protection, and power distribution solutions (e.g., motor controls, molded case circuit breakers, and disconnect switches).
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with engineering, procurement, executive teams, and other key decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • Develop a complete understanding of customers' organizational structures and leverage key buying influences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepares an annual sales forecast for assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth.
  • Prospects and cultivates new business opportunities.
  • Coordinates secured customer orders with appropriate staff for order entry, tracking & fulfillment.
  • Follow up on all generated quotations to ensure the customer is being serviced and document the proposed solution.
  • Understands and cultivates knowledge on core industrial products, including appropriate product substitutes.
  • Thrive on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions. Combining technical knowledge with commercial insight, you'll develop customized proposals that address customer challenges, create value, and support business growth.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering preferred.Possess a valid driver's license & good driving history.
