Job Title: Associate,ย Electricalย Engineeringย

Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Job Schedule: 9/80:Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Jobย  Description:ย In this role, you will learn to design and develop electrical systems for the integration of electrical/electronic equipment on military/commercial aircraft and ground stations.

Essential Functions:ย 

  • Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, controlย panelsย and other items using CAD (Computer Aided Design)ย toolsย 

  • Research and preparation of engineering drawings, and coordination of design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production to ensure that designs meet requirements at minimum costย 

  • Designs can include development of Avionics Systems, RF, LAN, Data Processing, Power Distribution Systems, Electrical Loads analysis, Load shedding scheme to name a few, along with the opportunity to support testing and integration of systems on theย aircraftย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • To be eligible, applicants mustย be pursuingย aย Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Scienceย orย related field or have completed theirย Bachelor'sย degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.ย 

Preferred Additional Skills:ย 

  • Skills/Knowledge of/with CAD and PLM software, including NX and Teamcenterย 

  • Knowledge of Siemens Capital softwareย 

  • Understanding of basicย aircraftย systemsย 

  • Systems integration experienceย
