Job Title: Associate, Electrical Engineeringย 

Job Code: 43034

Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Job Schedule:ย 9/80:Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off ย 

Job Description:ย In this role, you will learn to design and develop electrical systems for the integration of electrical/electronic equipment on military/commercialย aircraftย and ground stations. Electrical Engineersย have the opportunity toย work on a wide variety of tasks andย aircraftย systems onย numerousย aircraftย platforms.ย 

Essential Functions:ย 

  • Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, controlย panelsย and other items using CAD (Computer Aided Design)ย toolsย 

  • Research and preparation of engineering drawings, and coordination of design activities with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production to ensure that designs meet requirements at minimum costย 

  • Designs can include development of Avionics Systems, RF, LAN, Data Processing, Power Distribution Systems, Electrical Loads analysis, Load shedding scheme to name a few, along with the opportunity to support testing and integration of systems on theย aircraftย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.ย 

Preferred Additional Skills:ย 

  • Skills/Knowledge of/with CAD and PLM software, including NX and Teamcenterย 

  • Knowledge of Siemens Capital softwareย
