Job description

What you'll do: Be responsible for quotations and technical communication between customers, Eaton sales and factory regarding technical issues Contact person between sales and post order management team Report figures Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of medium voltage projects in accordance with agreed terms to post order management team. Prepare and present quotations and commercial solutions in close collaboration with customers and Eaton sales team. Manage the full quotation process from initial inquiry through to ready for order, including follow-up and technical support.

Design of medium voltage switchgear systems using Eaton's configuration tools such as Bid Manager and other relevant platforms. Stay up to date with technical solutions that are currently applicable within the medium voltage product portfolio. Effectively use Eaton's quotation, CRM, and order management systems including Salesforce, Bid Manager, CPQ, and others.

Provide technical documentation to support sales activities and project execution, particularly for medium voltage and metering system deliveries. Act as a technical resource for Eaton's production teams in Sweden, concerning metering system Deliver timely and accurate reporting to management as required. Qualifications: Fluent Swedish and English langauge skills Based in Stockholm or Malmo Background in Electrical or Energy Engineering, or work experience as an Electrician or Technician Knowledge of Medium Voltage products ERP-SAP Experience Self-driven, organized, able to manage others Familiarize themselves with processes within their own processes in the department: Report improvements and proposals/deviations Follow process descriptions for: Customer Support Follow Eaton's Health and Safety Policy What we offer: Wide range of Employee Benefits: Collective agreement with Insurance, Pension, Annual bonus, Food contribution, Training contribution.
