We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to support and grow sales of Graham-Field products across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), Dialysis Clinics, and Hospital settings.
This is a high-impact, entry-level sales role designed for someone eager to break into medical sales, develop strong clinical knowledge, and build lasting relationships within diverse care environments.

- Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline within assigned markets
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinical and operational needs
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to support territory growth and strategic account initiatives
- Coordinate product trials, in-service education, and onboarding programs for clinical staff
- Support pricing discussions, generate quotes, and assist with contract coordination
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and build long-term partnerships
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with healthcare professionals, and is passionate about delivering solutions that enhance patient care and facility performance.
Professional Development:
You’ll enter a two-year development program that combines a base salary and commission structure with immersive, hands-on training in medical sales. This includes structured sales methodology, territory management, clinical education, and field-based experience with seasoned mentors.
Ideal Candidate Traits:

- Sales Effectiveness: The ability to find, develop & close sales opportunities.
- Business Acumen: The ability to understand & add value to the customer’s business model.
