Job description

We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to support and grow sales of Graham-Field products across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), Dialysis Clinics, and Hospital settings.


This is a high-impact, entry-level sales role designed for someone eager to break into medical sales, develop strong clinical knowledge, and build lasting relationships within diverse care environments.


About the Role:

In this role, you’ll focus on promoting and selling Graham-Field’s comprehensive portfolio of patient care solutions—including mobility, safety, furnishings, and clinical support products—into a wide range of healthcare facilities. You’ll engage with clinicians, administrators, purchasing teams, and decision-makers to drive product adoption, improve patient outcomes, and support operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Skilled Nursing Care facilities, ASCs, Dialysis Clinics, and Hospitals through proactive outreach and account research
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline within assigned markets
  • Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinical and operational needs
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to support territory growth and strategic account initiatives
  • Coordinate product trials, in-service education, and onboarding programs for clinical staff
  • Support pricing discussions, generate quotes, and assist with contract coordination
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and build long-term partnerships

Professional Development:

You’ll enter a two-year development program that combines a base salary and commission structure with immersive, hands-on training in medical sales. This includes structured sales methodology, territory management, clinical education, and field-based experience with seasoned mentors.

  • College degree – BA/BS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. (Must have strong phone presence with a positive, outgoing personality)
  • Multitasking: The ability to simultaneously manage & move forward multiple sales opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Sales Effectiveness: The ability to find, develop & close sales opportunities.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to understand & add value to the customer’s business model.
  • Adaptive: The ability to modify sales strategy & tactics to adjust to the changes in the competitive & economic market conditions.
