Scheduling Coordinator (East Coast - Remote)
Job Summary:
At LaserAway, the Scheduling Coordinator role is vital in monitoring employee coverage in our clinics. They are responsible for handling all locations with daily, and monthly staffing needs with the medical and sales departments following state, company, and individual location guidelines to ensure that patient care and store staffing are appropriately addressed.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, update, and publish on-call schedules for clinicians and sales team members.
  • Manage emergent scheduling needs for Sales and Medical teams, including documenting daily callouts and extended leaves (e.g. FMLA, LOA, resignations).
  • Monitor and manage the employee messaging hotline, providing real-time updates to the Sales and Medical teams as changes occur.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of callouts and confirm when coverage is secured.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and escalate attendance-related concerns to management.
  • Accurately enter, track, and maintain scheduling data across company systems (Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, UKG Kronos, 8x8).
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years scheduling and/or administrative experience; experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, UKG Kronos, and 8x8 preferred.
  • Ability to rapidly process and document high volumes of information while navigating multiple platforms, screens, and data sources concurrently; must be comfortable working across dual monitors.
  • Thrives in a small, high-visibility team environment with strong collaboration and shared accountability.
  • Strong written, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work 5-6 weekend days per month.

Compensation: $23/hr
