Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer to join our development team. Under direct supervision, the selected candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications. This role involves analyzing system and application issues, translating business requirements into secure and maintainable code, and supporting application configuration and documentation. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to grow in a collaborative software development environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications and system processes.
  • Assist with application configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, small team environment.
