ONSITE- Windows-Based .NET Developer ( NO REMOTE )

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windows-Based .NET Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade desktop and backend applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, Windows desktop development, SQL Server, and integration with enterprise systems.

The role involves collaborating with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows-based applications using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Build and support desktop applications using WinForms and/or WPF.
  • Develop backend services, APIs, and integration components.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
  • Work with SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, queries, and optimization.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, and code reviews.
  • Integrate applications with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with QA teams for testing and deployment activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support production deployments.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and reliability standards are met.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET application development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • C#
    • .NET Framework and/or .NET 6/7/8
    • Windows desktop development (WinForms/WPF)
    • SQL Server

  • Experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps/Git.
