As aย Support Worker, youโ€™ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. Youโ€™ll:

  • Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
  • Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

What You Need

  • Aย high school diploma or equivalentย or anย Associate degree in Human Services.ย 
  • 2 Years previous work experience with children and familiesย 
  • A willingness to learnโ€”weโ€™ll teach you the rest! ย
