Job description

At The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, our expert legal team is a driving force behind our continued success. We are seeking experienced Personal Injury Case Managers to join our team and help maintain the standard of excellence for which we are known.

The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor and will participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice, including opening claims, obtaining evidence, securing medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, supporting property damage claims, and communicating with insurance companies on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.

  • Monitor and maintain clients' treatment progress.

  • Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and medical bills related to clients' cases.

  • Assist clients with their property damage claims.

  • Manage attorneys' schedules efficiently, including client meetings, court appearances, and other appointments.

  • Organize and maintain electronic case files within the firm's case management system.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager experience.

  • Candidates must have experience handling personal injury cases in the state of Texas or Ohio.

  • Experience using case management software.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
