Role Description:

The Mail List Processor and Data Supervisor using BCC Mail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for importing, processing, and managing mailing lists within BCC Mail Manager, including data cleansing, de-duplication, address standardization, and postal presort to ensure accurate and efficient direct mail production. The person in this position will supervise data workflows, maintain data integrity across projects, and coordinate with production, logistics, and account teams to meet deadlines and postal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include setting up jobs, performing quality checks on data, troubleshooting list issues, documenting processes, and optimizing list strategies to support omnichannel campaigns. The role also involves training team members on data procedures, collaborating with customer service and sales to interpret client list needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of data and mail processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support client needs.
  • Candidates should possess experience to guide team members in proper data handling and BCC Mail Manager use.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate mail list processing timelines with production and mailing schedules.
  • Experience with BCC Mail Manager mailing software, including presort and USPS compliance a must.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and proficiency with spreadsheets and database tools are required.
  • Experience in direct mail, print, or marketing operations is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, data management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
