Job description

Job Title: Implementation Coordinator

Location: Wall, NJ (On-Site, Monday-Friday)

Company: 911inform LLC

About 911inform

911inform is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing public safety and emergency response through advanced digital mapping, location identification, connected building technology, and geolocation notification. Our platform connects organization personnel with real-time building and location data—bridging the gap between digital floorplans, geofencing boundaries, and critical communication systems.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Implementation Coordinator to join our Operations team. The Implementation Coordinator works under the Implementation Manager. In this role, you’ll help digitize and process client floorplans, configure geofencing boundaries for cellular notifications, and support data ingestion and verification across multiple projects. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, internal implementation teams, and operations staff to ensure accurate, high-quality map data and smooth onboarding experience for every customer. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in SaaS operations, client implementation, customer success, or project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitize, validate, and process floorplan data submitted by clients using established standards and best practices.
  • Create and manage digital maps, geofencing zones, and related data sets for integration into the 911inform platform.
  • Collect and organize sensitive client information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members across Operations and Implementation to meet project timelines and client deliverables.
  • Communicate with clients professionally to gather requirements, provide updates, and confirm project details.
  • Travel occasionally for on-site data collection or client support (as needed).
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and data integrity across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in an office or technical environment (internships welcome).
  • Basic-to-intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Slack, Monday.com).
  • Familiarity with Google Earth Pro or similar mapping/geospatial software a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive learner who’s comfortable asking questions and adapting to new tools and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in GIS, mapping, public safety technology, or SaaS implementation.
  • Experience with data entry or client onboarding workflows.
  • Ability to balance technical precision with client interaction.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity for career growth into roles in Implementation, Operations, or Product.
  • Medical and dental insurance (after 90 days).
  • Holiday and Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment.

Company Description

In 2015, the founder of 911inform, Ivo Allen, found inspiration for the company after watching news footage of a recent shooting. Unfortunately, this is an issue that’s far too prevalent here in the US, but what really struck Ivo was the fact that many of the victims passed away from the inability of emergency first-response teams to arrive on the scene quickly enough. This was due to a variety of factors, but the core reason was the fact that these first responders didn’t have the tools available to them to gain a better grasp of the emergency at hand. They had little to no transparency into the emergency and little to no direct communication with those affected by it. They would often be walking into an emergency totally blind, and in an active shooter situation, this is unacceptable. With new technological advancements in safety and security systems, Ivo knew there was a better way. He went to work on the product and after years of testing, 911inform was formally established in 2018.
