YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR
As our Dental Patient Coordinator, you will engage with patients by presenting and clarifying dental treatments and guiding them through financial options, including third-party financing. Your role will involve collaborating with clinical and administrative teams for treatment acceptance and multi-visit planning. You'll manage appointment scheduling for various procedures, ensure HIPAA compliance in patient records, and oversee insurance verification, billing, and payment processing while maintaining transparent communication about costs. At day's end, you'll reconcile transactions and generate reports to confirm production and collection figures. You'll also support digital workflows, including cosmetic dentistry applications like Smile Design and 3D case planning, with provided training. Your proactive follow-up will help reinforce trust and clarity within our cosmetic dentistry practice.
