A reputable aerospace manufacturing company in Tacoma, WA is currently hiring for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter supports the company's manufacturing operations by recruiting talent for positions ranging from entry-level to seasoned manufacturing and management roles while promoting the organization's employer brand. This role manages full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing positions and engages with the community to promote the company's culture, workplace safety, innovation, and career growth opportunities while building a pipeline to support the company's future growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable being on the production floor to understand jobs firsthand.
Pay - $25/hr. - $38/hr.
Location - Tacoma, WA (100% On-site)

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various manufacturing positions.

[Qualification Requirements]
- 2+ Years of Recruiting Experience.
- Experience using ATS.
- Recruiting experience with Manufacturing positions.
- Experience in Branding/Social Media (Bonus).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Bonus).
- Passion for creating a positive work culture.
- Must be comfortable submitting to a drug test upon offer (includes THC screening).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
