POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Associate supports the day-to-day execution of core operational activities, including materials handling, shipping and receiving, storage compliance, and equipment upkeep. Working closely with manufacturing, warehousing, and quality teams, this role helps ensure materials and products move efficiently and accurately through the facility. This position is well suited to a detail-oriented, reliable candidate who is early in their career and looking to build a strong foundation in a regulated environment. The Operations Associate reports to the Operations Manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Warehouse & Materials Handling

โ€ข Organize and maintain storage areas for raw materials and finished goods in line with established standards.

โ€ข Monitor and maintain inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, and timely reporting of 

discrepancies.

โ€ข Help ensure materials are staged and available to support production schedules.

โ€ข Monitor environmental storage conditions and report any deviations in a timely manner.

โ€ข Perform labeling, assembly, and kitting tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.

โ€ข Track product expiration dates and ensure timely rotation of stock (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize waste and 

spoilage


Shipping, Inspection & Quality Support

โ€ข Prepare and process outgoing shipments, and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

โ€ข Conduct incoming material inspections in accordance with established receiving procedures.

โ€ข Document relevant records such as shipping and incoming material inspection form according to SOPs.

โ€ข Assist with gathering documentation and information to support customer inquiry/feedback as needed.

โ€ข Apply strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency, given the nature of products supporting patient care.


Equipment & Facility

โ€ข Coordinate equipment calibration and preventive maintenance schedules with vendors and internal teams.

โ€ข Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records in accordance with quality system requirements.

Communication & Collaboration

โ€ข Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and approaches.

โ€ข Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing issues proactively.

โ€ข Communicate clearly and proactively with team members regarding status updates and process changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

โ€ข Associate degree or equivalent required. Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or manufacturing 

support role is a plus.

โ€ข Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for inventory tracking, reporting, and AI-driven automation.

โ€ข Experience with automation tools and digital workflows to improve operational efficiency.

โ€ข Proactive and fast learner with the ability to quickly understand, retain, and effectively communicate 

essential products and process knowledge.

โ€ข Team-oriented, goal-driven, and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership.

โ€ข Comfortable following standard operating procedures to complete assembly and kitting tasks accurately.

โ€ข This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

โ€ข Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly.

โ€ข Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a warehouse/production environment for extended periods.

โ€ข Valid driver's license required, as position involves regular driving as an essential part of the job duties
