About Us
Reeves Foundation provides medical and group home settings for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are committed to the belief that all people, regardless of ability, have the right to live fulfilling lives and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. This role requires someone who understands the importance of meeting client needs while promoting a high quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve in real-time, and a reputation for being cheerful and attentive when administering care.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients in achieving daily personal goals, including adherence to dietary needs.
• Prepare and cook meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the on-site manager to ensure member safety and well-being.
• Provide transportation for members to and from home, as well as within the community.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in vocational work, job coaching, and daily living skills as part of a collaborative team.
