Dream Innovations is hiring a full-time Entry Level Marketing Assistant in Memphis, TN. This is an on-site, customer-facing opportunity for someone interested in gaining practical experience in marketing, sales, customer service and brand representation.


No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Dream Innovations provides hands-on training and ongoing support to help new team members learn our campaigns, strengthen their communication skills and become confident working directly with customers. This position is a strong fit for someone who is outgoing, dependable, motivated by goals and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.


As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will support local marketing and sales campaigns while helping customers learn about the products, services and promotions represented by our company.

You will work directly with customers, answer questions, present available options and help create a positive customer experience. This is not a remote position. All responsibilities are completed in person within the Memphis area.


Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

  • Support the daily execution of marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Speak with customers face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present product, service and promotional information clearly
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
  • Assist customers with questions about available products and services
  • Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers
  • Support brand awareness and local customer outreach efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity
