Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization to hire a Development Operations Analyst to join their team in Chicago. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, supporting donor operations, and providing a high level of service in a mission-driven environment.
The Development Operations Analyst will provide day-to-day support for donor ticketing and development operations, serving as a key resource for donor requests, ticket inquiries, and special arrangements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working with donors and multiple internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and respond to donor ticketing requests and inquiries
  • Support donor and founding member sale access and ticketing questions
  • Coordinate ticket requests ranging from individual requests to large corporate orders
  • Maintain accurate records and track requests through Asana
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries through the development inbox
  • Partner with front-line fundraisers and the Development team to ensure donor requests are addressed promptly
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with additional development operations projects and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Nonprofit, fundraising, development, or donor relations experience preferred
  • Customer service experience required; retail experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requests and competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with donors, including high-capacity individuals and corporate contacts
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills

Position Details
  • Compensation: $18-20/hour based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Work Model: Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite per week
  • Employment Type: Temporary Contract - approximately 3 months, with potential for extension
