Job description

We are currently looking for a Entry Level Korean-English Bilingual Project Coordinator at an industrial equipment manufacturer near Nashville, TN. Ideal candidate will have minimum 2+ years of project coordination experience in manufacturing industry.


Responsibilities of Entry Level Korean-English Bilingual Project Coordinator :

  • Coordinate the ongoing projects to meet the deadline in timely manner
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and coordinate the ordering of materials and communicate with engineers and technicians participating in assigned projects
  • Communicate with clients for any updates on project layout, progress, and share the updates with other departments related to the project โ€“ design change, shipping & receiving, pricing, schedule etc.
  • Provide top customer service to clients and creatively resolve issues
  • Show attention to detail
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


Requirements - Entry Level Korean-English Bilingual Project Coordinator :

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of industrial project management or sales account management experience in manufacturing industry
  • Project Management certification (PMP) will be huge plus
  • Able to read blueprints, technical drawings is plus
  • Strong MS EXCEL skills MUST and SAP ERP experience will be plus
  • Business-level proficiency in Korean and English (Speaking/ Listening/ Reading/ Writing)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills and time management are MUST
  • Must have valid driverโ€™s license
  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
  • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
