Job description

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing event marketing and community outreach team. In this role, you will support live events, nonprofit fundraising campaigns, brand promotions, and community engagement initiatives through hands-on event coordination and customer interaction.

This position is ideal for individuals interested in launching a career in event planning, event marketing, public relations, fundraising, brand management, or nonprofit outreach. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will:

  • Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of live events, fundraising activations, promotional displays, and marketing booths
  • Support Event Coordinators and Marketing Managers during campaigns and community outreach events
  • Engage professionally with event attendees, donors, customers, and community members
  • Distribute promotional materials and help increase brand awareness and campaign visibility
  • Assist with attendee registration, guest check-in, and event logistics
  • Help maintain organized, clean, and professional event environments
  • Represent client brands, nonprofit organizations, and community partners positively
  • Provide general event support to ensure successful execution of marketing and fundraising initiatives
  • Contribute to team goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences
