As an Engineer, you will be working on Light Structures components of Various off Highway Vehicles. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the Concept, development & design of complex components, sub systems or processes while strengthening your analytical skills and mastery of Engineering concepts. Duties/Responsibilities: Perform structure design, design verification (Capable to do complex design in Creo) Perform Component placement & Weld analysis.

Strong Knowledge in strength of materials and structural design knowledge. Strong ability to understand end to end manufacturing process for structural components. Creating new designs and resolving issues regarding the manufacturing or building sequences.

Ensuring design acceptance and manufacturing readiness Should have knowledge on Top-down approach on large assembly. Actively support a prototype, pilot, or production build & perform audit. Perform bolted joint analysis & Creo simulate or equivalent FEA analysis.

Effectively apply design related Advanced Product Quality Planning Steps. Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & tolerancing, engineering drawings, manufacturing & assembling processes, Machine Bill of Material. Performs design calculations & accountable for design decisions.

Communicate results to customers, suppliers. The design of Hydraulic & Cooling lines will be an added advantage. Good understanding of NPI /CPI process Should have good knowledge of vehicle integration.

Should have good experience with Creo. Utilize DFM tools & technologies to implement DFM technologies. Good Conceptual thinking Education/Experience Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Required Skills: Strong Analytical, communication & interpersonal skills.
