Job description

Job Summary:

Thrive has an established team for workstation builds. The primary responsibility for the Workstation Deployment Coordinator is the processing and scheduling of service requests within Thrive’s case system. This includes collaboration with Thrive clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. Experience with IT, dispatch, scheduling, and logistics would be a great benefit, but this role is open to the right entry level candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing, scheduling, and coordination of workstation deployment requests.
  • Coordinating with clients on collection of required build information and shipping of workstations to their intended destination.
  • Coordinating deployment efforts with members of the Workstation Deployment Center and other teams within Thrive.
  • Actively manage build queue for assigned Workstation Deployment Engineers.
  • Maintain awareness on the status of the Workstation Deployment Center backlog and ensure team leadership is informed as needed.
  • Assist in the escalation of tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of Workstation Deployment Center processes as they relate to this job role.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Prior IT experience beneficial.
  • At least one year of dispatch/scheduling/coordination experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing/case management software beneficial.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Direct customer service experience.
