Many employers require an entry level degree for applicants seeking junior or beginner positions, making it an important first step for those entering the workforce. Examples include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or an Associate Degree in Nursing.

Managing multiple tasks and balancing expectations from supervisors can also be demanding. However, these experiences offer valuable opportunities for growth, networking, and skill development, which can pave the way for future advancement.
