Flow of Contribution

Job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Flow of Contribution is looking for one person to take on an independent consulting role in the personal development and leadership education space. This isn’t a traditional job; there’s no salary, no set hours, and no hierarchy to navigate. What there is: a proven framework built over 15 years across 100+ countries, real human conversations at the center of the work, and AI-supported systems that help with the administrative load so you can stay focused on connecting with people and helping them move forward.

If you’ve been looking for something more purposeful than your last role, or something more structured than freelancing alone, this is worth a proper look.

ABOUT FLOW OF CONTRIBUTION

We operate in the personal development and professional growth sector, with structured engagement frameworks active across 100+ countries for over 15 years. We support individuals navigating career transitions, leadership evolution, and identity development; using globally tested, research-backed methodologies. The work sits at the intersection of human conversation and proven process. AI tools support the structure; people do the work that matters.

WHO THIS IS FOR

We’re open to a wide range of backgrounds. What unites the people who do well here isn’t a specific job title from their past; it’s how they show up in a conversation and whether they’re genuinely ready to work in a self-directed way.

You’re likely a good fit if you:

–    Genuinely enjoy listening and helping others find clarity

–    Are personally interested in growth, development, or human potential; you’ve lived it, not just read about it

–    Have navigated a meaningful transition of your own, career, identity, or life direction, and come out with real perspective

–    Want to work independently without starting completely from scratch

–    Are comfortable with a self-directed schedule and don’t need someone managing your hours

–    Are alignment-driven and value contribution-focused work over status or titles

Previous experience in personal development is welcomed but not required. Backgrounds in corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, teaching, caregiving, community work, or freelancing are all relevant. What we’re looking for is orientation and character, not credentials.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

–    Having structured, one-to-one conversations with prospective clients; helping them get clear on where they are and what they’re looking for

–    Supporting clients in clarifying direction, priorities, and next steps in their personal and professional development

–    Working within a defined conversation framework; so you’re supported rather than improvising

–    Following an established onboarding and client engagement process; the system exists, you’re not starting from scratch

–    Participating in ongoing mentorship, skills development, and a community of practice

The role is grounded in human conversation and presence. AI-supported tools are leveraged, so your time stays focused on the work that requires a human.

This is not therapy, financial advising, or credentialed coaching. It is structured, human-centered engagement within a proven framework.

COMPENSATION & HOW IT WORKS

This is a commission-based independent contract role. Your income is tied to your own client engagement and results, with no base salary, employee benefits, or guaranteed income. Earnings potential is uncapped and grows in direct proportion to your consistency and effort.

–    Fully remote; work from most locations

–    Flexible, self-directed schedule

–    Full onboarding and mentorship provided from day one

–    Ongoing access to community, training, and professional development

–    AI-supported systems mean the administrative side is handled

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

–    A genuine interest in personal development and human growth: yours and others’

–    Strong listening and communication skills: the kind that come naturally, not just from training

–    Comfort working independently and managing your own time and schedule

–    Openness to following a structured approach rather than doing things entirely your own way

–    Reliability, discretion, and consistent follow-through

–    Basic familiarity with video calls and online tools

We welcome applicants from corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, training, business development, and beyond. We are not asking for a specific number of years of experience or formal qualifications in development or coaching.

NEXT STEP

Apply for a short, confidential conversation to see if there’s a fit, on both sides.

We’re looking for one person whose values, curiosity, and direction align with this work. The conversation is a genuine two-way exchange.
