Previous experience in wellness or personal development is welcomed but not required. Backgrounds in corporate leadership, consulting, coaching, teaching, caregiving, community work, or freelancing are all relevant.

What You Will Be Doing

–     Conducting structured, one-to-one consultation conversations with prospective clients using defined communication frameworks

–     Supporting clients in clarifying their direction, priorities, and next steps in their personal and professional development

–     Following an established onboarding and client engagement process, the system exists, you are not building it

–     Participating in ongoing mentorship, skills development, and community practice

This is not a clinical therapy, financial advising, or credentialed coaching role. It is grounded in structured conversation, active listening, and human-centered engagement. AI-supported tools manage scheduling and documentation, so your focus stays on the conversation.

Compensation & Work Structure

This is a commission-based independent contract role. There is no base salary, no employee benefits, and no guaranteed income. Compensation is tied directly to individual client engagement and results. Earnings grow with consistency and effort. Any estimates listed are provided by the job site and not provided by Flow of Contribution.
