Job description

Entry-Level Labor / Moving Crew โ€“ Honolulu

$17/hour | Paid Weekly | Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday Schedule | Start ASAP

Bring Your Strength. Get Paid Weekly. Build Your Future.

Are you ready to turn your strength into a steady paycheck? Looking for a real job-not a dead-end gig-that respects hard work, pays weekly, and gives you your weekends back?

We're hiring Entry-Level Laborers to join a fast-moving, tight-knit crew in Honolulu, where you'll stay active, build real-world skills, and be part of something solid. Whether you've done moving work before or just have the drive to learn, this is your chance to start strong and move up. No fluff. No drama. Just real work, real pay, and a team that's got your back.

Get Paid Weekly. Start ASAP.

This isn't a sit-at-a-desk kind of job. You'll be lifting, loading, wrapping, moving, and helping clients with everything from household moves to commercial relocations and event setups.

If you're strong, punctual, and ready to show up with your gear and your grit, we can get you on the schedule immediately.

What You'll Get:

  • $17/hour starting wage
  • Paid weekly - every Friday like clockwork
  • Start ASAP - we're hiring right now
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Flexible daytime hours - most jobs start at 6:00 AM or 7 AM
  • No overtime
  • Stability, structure, and a real chance to grow

The Job: What You'll Actually Do

You'll be part of a trusted, professional moving team helping people and businesses relocate efficiently, respectfully, and safely. No two days are exactly the same, but your role will include:

  • Lifting and carrying heavy items (100+ lbs) - safely and repeatedly
  • Loading/unloading trucks and organizing goods with your team
  • Protecting furniture and items with pads, blankets, straps, and wrap
  • Navigating stairs, elevators, tight hallways, and all kinds of weather
  • Following instructions from crew leaders and working at a steady pace
  • Maintaining gear and helping clean up the truck and job site
  • Showing up on time, ready, and properly equipped (boots, gloves, water, etc.)

You won't be standing around. This is active, physical work. You'll go home knowing you earned every dollar.

What You MUST Bring to the Table:

  • Strength and stamina to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly during a shift
  • Reliable transportation - no rides, no excuses
  • Punctuality - early is on time; on time is late
  • Preparedness - show up with your boots, gloves, and focus
  • Team spirit - no one moves alone
  • Respect for your coworkers, your clients, and the job
  • The ability and mindset to start right away

Bonus if You Have (but Not Required):

  • Experience in moving, warehouse, landscaping, or construction
  • Familiarity with moving equipment (dollies, straps, hand trucks)
  • Interest in advancing to driver, crew lead, or supervisory positions

We hire attitude and effort first. If you've got those, we'll teach you the rest.

Why This Job is Actually Worth It:

We get it - there are a lot of labor jobs out there. But here's why this one stands out:

  • Weekly Pay You Can Count On: Work this week, get paid this Friday
  • Physical Fitness On the Clock: Get stronger while you earn
  • Team Environment: You'll never move alone - we've got each other's backs
  • Structured Schedule + Flexibility: Consistency with enough variety to stay fresh
  • Growth Potential: Prove yourself and move up fast - we promote from within
  • Respect: From your first day, you're part of the crew

Who Succeeds in This Job?

  • People who take pride in showing up early and finishing strong
  • People who are prepared, focused, and work well under pressure
  • People who understand that the job isn't done until the job is done
  • People who enjoy working with their hands and their crew
  • People who want to earn every dollar through real work
  • People who are done with unreliable jobs and want something real

This Job Is NOT for You If:

  • You show up late or no-show
  • You can't lift heavy items or follow instructions
  • You're looking for "easy money" or a job to coast through
  • You don't have reliable transportation or basic gear
  • You aren't available to start within the next few days

This team counts on each other. If you're not serious, please don't apply. But if you are - we'll be the best move you've made.
