Apollo Technical is currently looking for an Entry-Level Account Manager & Recruiter to present our staffing services as a resource to managers in hiring positions at Fortune 1000 companies and small to midsize corporations.

This is a full time position with a base salary + uncapped commission.
This is an inside sales role in which you will be developing business relationships with hiring managers within the Engineering and Information technology fields.
The Account Manager creates business partnerships between Apollo Technical and the companies in their given territory. This is achieved by building and maintaining relationships with company clients through quality phone work and proven recruiting methods. The job requires the Account Manager to expand a client base through phone call/sales and networking with new hiring managers in their given territory.
Duties:
• Properly identify through phone networking and research a client company's hiring manager's/decision makers.
• Understand a client company's need and urgency to fill open positions.
• Aggressively pursue new clients and new business opportunities.
• Effectively negotiate between technical personnel and hiring managers via phone and email.
• Work to continually develop and expand our national candidate database.
• As a recruiter you will utilize proven recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within Engineering & IT.
• Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates.
Requirements:
• Persuade others with your confident phone presence and professional etiquette. At our company, we prioritize voice communication over emails and texts, letting our personalities shine through every call.
• Customer Service / Sales experience is a preferred
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Must be hard working and able to follow direction
