About the Role



We are seeking 3 Entry-Level Data Analysts to join a growing analytics team responsible for supporting operational reporting, business intelligence, KPI measurement, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build hands-on experience working with enterprise-scale datasets, SQL-based analysis, reporting automation, dashboard development, and stakeholder-facing analytics.



Responsibilities



  • Analyze structured business and operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards used by business and operational stakeholders.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, aggregation, validation, and reporting purposes.
  • Perform data profiling, data quality checks, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Support root-cause analysis and ad hoc analytical requests using enterprise data sources.
  • Assist in the design and maintenance of reporting datasets and business metrics.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical outputs and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Document data definitions, business rules, KPI calculations, and reporting methodologies.
  • Support ongoing reporting automation and analytics process improvement initiatives.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related analytical functions (internships, research projects, and academic experience will be considered).



Required Skills



  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, including Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, Window Functions and Data Filtering and Transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, and Analytical Modeling.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.



Preferred Skills



  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Exposure to Python, Pandas, NumPy, or similar analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and KPI development.
  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of operational analytics, supply chain analytics, manufacturing analytics, customer analytics, or business performance reporting.
