COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with required rest and meal breaks)
JOB SUMMARY
The Dispatch Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Dispatch team by ensuring installation jobs are scheduled accurately, materials are properly coordinated, and installer documentation is complete and organized. This position works closely with Dispatch, Sales, Warehouse, and Installation teams to support daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency. Success in this role means installation schedules run smoothly, materials are accounted for, and job information is tracked accurately from start to completion. This is an entry-level role with training provided for motivated candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure installation jobs are scheduled accurately by supporting the dispatch team with daily and upcoming scheduling needs.
  • Maintain organized and accurate material documentation by uploading, managing, and verifying pick tickets for scheduled work.
  • Review upcoming jobs and identify material shortages or discrepancies to support timely resolution and prevent delays.
  • Maintain and update daily dispatch logs to ensure installers are assigned accurately for upcoming work.
  • Ensure installer invoices are complete, accurate, and prepared for processing through printing, assembling, and verification.
  • Maintain accurate job status updates within internal systems to reflect completed work and current job progress.
  • Coordinate with installers to obtain updates on open items and support issue resolution when dispatchers are unavailable.
  • Manage internal communication channels by coordinating updates between Dispatch, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Track and document job-site issues and installation concerns to support visibility and operational improvement.
  • Support coordination between Dispatch, Sales, Warehouse, and Installation teams to ensure efficient job execution.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support overall Dispatch department performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in dispatch, scheduling support, or administrative coordination.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems.
  • Experience with material coordination or pick ticket management.
  • Background in construction, flooring installation, or service-related industries.

Experience in dispatch or construction-related environments is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
