Entry-Level Data Center Technician

TEKsystems is partnering with Vision Technologies to hire Entry-Level Data Center Technicians for one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. If you've worked in construction, electrical work, manufacturing, warehousing, landscaping, moving, the military, or any other hands-on environment, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling
• Installing and assembling equipment racks
• Using hand and power tools
• Labeling and organizing cables
• Assisting with technology infrastructure installations
• Following safety procedures on large construction sites
• Working alongside experienced technicians who will train you on the job

No Data Center Experience Required

• Construction Laborer

• HVAC Helper
• Maintenance Technician

• Any physically demanding, hands-on role

Work Locations

Technicians will start at the New Albany Data Center, but project needs may require supporting additional sites throughout the Columbus area, including:

• New Albany, OH
• Grove City, OH
• Lancaster, OH

Applicants should be comfortable commuting throughout the Columbus metro area as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
