Position Summary
The Partnerships Coordinator supports the stewardship, renewal, and growth of Operation Warm's corporate funding partners by assisting with account management, partner onboarding, and internal coordination. This role works closely with Partnerships Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure strong partner experiences and accurate tracking of revenue, data, and deliverables.
This is an entry-level to early-career role ideal for someone eager to learn nonprofit account management, relationship-building, and fundraising operations in a mission-driven environment.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support assigned corporate partners with stewardship activities, renewals, and program execution under the guidance of an Account Manager or Director.
  • Assist with onboarding new partnership accounts, including documentation, timelines, and internal coordination.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships through attentive communication and follow-through.
  • Assist in preparing materials for partner meetings, renewals, and presentations utilizing approved communication templates (presentations, emails, MOUs) as appropriate.
  • Ensure that all required data is captured and maintained in Salesforce. Accurately and fully maintain all relevant partner records in Salesforce.
  • Assist with updating partner records, opportunity stages, revenue forecasts and exception reports
  • Support monthly reporting and pipeline tracking to help ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Train partners to access and utilize tools on our partner portal, assist with order configuration and placement, and answer partner questions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Operation Warm departments to ensure seamless program execution and drive partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Serve as knowledgeable team member by staying informed about partner activities and internal updates
  • Work harmoniously with all Operation Warm departments to exceed personal and organizational goals
  • Attend (occasionally lead) and participate in Operation Warm in-person events
  • Other duties, as assigned

Basic Job Qualifications
  • BA or BS undergraduate degree
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in fundraising, account coordination, or project management

Other Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM project management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote)
  • Ability to think strategically and follow through tactically with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to articulate stories and complex ideas clearly
  • Unwilling to accept any unethical conduct or outcomes that threaten the mission or values of Operation Warm
  • Spanish language proficiency a bonus/is preferred
  • This position requires some travel.
