Our programs service adults, children, and families. Your role will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p with 30 minute unpaid lunch
Salary: $18.00-$19.00/hr.
Competencies:
The HR Recruiter candidate must be extremely perceptive, detail oriented and capable of relating to individuals at all levels; The ability to communicate effectively to potential employees and promote the public image of the Agency; The ability to write reports, employment advertisements and correspondence; Candidate must be organized, customer service focused and have the ability to demonstrate great attention to detail; Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Internet); Basic math skills; Excellent phone skills and etiquette; Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by state guidelines; work with Management staff to ensure sufficient candidate flow;
  • Post and update requisitions for staffing needs; assist with on-going support of ATS;
  • Utilize job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn and local universities to source candidates;
  • Provide excellent customer service to all levels of the organization, external vendors and candidates;
  • Cultivates relationships with candidates and hiring managers to promote growth, teamwork and credibility;
  • Implements sourcing strategies, including monitoring and evaluating various recruitment sources to produce optimal results;
  • Supports process improvement opportunities to improve the delivery of our services to include sourcing, recruiting, job offers and onboarding of qualified candidates in compliance with employment guidelines;
  • Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends;
  • Troubleshoots and recommends process enhancements to promote system and workflow efficiencies;
  • Attends external job fairs in the community;
  • Coordinates internal job fairs at various Oaks' locations to include advertising;
  • Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience preferred;
  • Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and organizing computer files;
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing required.
