Currently we are seeking an experienced individual to join our Accounting Team as a Data Analyst (Entry-Level) at our beautiful Fort Dodge Headquarters. This position provides assistance to the Executive Team with data entry, report generating and analysis of data.
Data Analyst Responsibilities
โ€ข Analytics and projects for the Accounting and Executive Team
โ€ข Analysis and reporting of revenue, cost and productivity
โ€ข Budgeting and forecasting
โ€ข Support Accounting Department in many of their duties
โ€ข Report to the Controller and President/CFO in regards to all accounting activities
โ€ข Other duties as assigned
Data Analyst Qualifications
โ€ข 2 year Accounting degree required; 4 year degree preferred.
โ€ข Background in accounting, statistics, or financials.
โ€ข Must be an expert user in MS Excel.
โ€ข Great communication, leadership, interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, cross-reference and analytical skills.
โ€ข Honesty, integrity and attention to detail are of utmost importance.
โ€ข Knowledge of Transportation and/or McLeod software is a plus.
