Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $32.03hr - $37.03hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong Power BI and data modeling experience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting processes.
  • Experience supporting data quality, governance, or master data initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the United Way active campaign operational tasks including data organization, validation, processing, collaborate with vendor and internal teams, generate reports for funds disbursement and matching program.
  • Support transition and migration of employee donations program into third party application, including historical data validation and analysis.
  • Support initiatives to reduce manual Excel-based processes and improve data automation.
  • Manage Power BI for reporting development, updates, enhancements, and stakeholder requests.
  • Support master data improvements, including collaboration with IT, regional teams and integration with existing data models.
  • Assist with data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets.

  • Experience with philanthropy, giving, pledging, or grants-related platforms.
  • Familiarity with HR data, enterprise data lakes, or cloud-based data environments.
