This is an onsite role based at our Spring, TX office!
Job Summary:

Strike is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Analyst to support the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical foundation who are eager to grow their skills in AI, data science, and advanced analytics.

The position will work under the guidance of senior team members and management to analyze data, assist with model development, and help translate business problems into data-driven insights. This role is based at Strikeโ€™s corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, TX and reports to the Business Intelligence Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis and modeling.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Support development and testing of machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Help monitor model performance and report on accuracy and outcomes.
  • Create basic dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.
  • Document processes, models, and results for internal use.
  • Stay current with AI tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
  • Documents user manuals to describe operating procedures, and provide user training, as needed.
  • Works closely with the assigned project manager(s) and other project resource to deliver high quality solutions and process improvements.
  • Follows all approved Strike PMO and ITSM processes including the use of prescribed templates.

  • Understanding of fundamental statistics and data analysis concepts.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
  • Experience with Excel and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ML libraries through coursework or projects.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Experience using Microsoftโ€™s Copilot suite.
  • Basic knowledge of data pipelines or ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools or APIs.
