Role Overview:


EC-Council is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Academic Operations Specialist to support the operational success of the EC-Council Academia Partner Program. This role serves as a critical link between Academic Partnerships, Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

The Academic Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting product readiness, onboarding, implementation, platform administration, CRM governance, process improvement, and operational excellence across the academic portfolio. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys solving problems, managing systems and processes, coordinating projects, and helping organizations successfully implement educational technology solutions.

This role is responsible for supporting the operational development of strategic relationships with colleges, universities, community colleges, technical schools, workforce development organizations, and educational institutions seeking to expand cybersecurity education offerings. The Academic Operations Specialist serves as a trusted advisor, helping institutions implement, integrate, and scale cybersecurity programs that align with workforce demands and student success outcomes. Reports to the Academics leadership team or designated manager and will play a key role in strengthening relationships and expanding the impact of the EC-Council Academia Series and Partnership Model

Key Responsibilities:


Product Operations & Readiness

  • Support product setup, maintenance, and configuration across EC-Council systems and platforms.
  • Maintain product information, fulfillment processes, program documentation, implementation guides, and related resources.
  • Assist with new product launches and system readiness initiatives.
  • Coordinate updates across Salesforce, partner eStores, and EC-Council Learning platforms.

Partner Implementation & Onboarding

  • Support onboarding and implementation activities for academic institutions and partner organizations.
  • Coordinate system configurations, implementation workflows, setup activities, and onboarding milestones.
  • Assist with platform demonstrations and implementation consultations.
  • Monitor onboarding completion and implementation progress across assigned projects.

Platform & Process Management

  • Support EC-Council Learning platform administration and operational readiness.
  • Assist with partner eStore implementation and configuration activities.
  • Document processes, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain CRM data quality and operational reporting standards.
  • Support data reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and process documentation.
  • Assist with workflow enhancements and operational automation initiatives.
  • Ensure partner records and implementation activities remain current and accurate.

Continuous Improvement

  • Collect implementation feedback from partners, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop recommendations for operational improvements and enhanced partner experiences.
  • Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, product readiness initiatives, and strategic operational priorities.


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, educational technology, implementation support, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and business applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience within higher education, educational technology, workforce development, publishing, or certification programs.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, LMS, eCommerce, or online learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with implementation and onboarding processes.
