Position Overview
As our Junior Network Engineer, you'll support the operation and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. This includes assisting with the daily monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, VoIP, cloud infrastructure, and security systems across multiple locations. You'll contribute to our IT team's efforts to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable network services that power our business operations.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundational knowledge in networking who is excited to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and grow within a global organization.
What You'll Do
  • Support Network Operations: Assist in maintaining and monitoring Palo Alto, Cisco, and Meraki-based network components to ensure performance, security, and availability.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to support hardware and software solutions that improve the network.

  • Troubleshoot & Escalate: Help diagnose network issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff to ensure timely resolution.
