Security Guard – Nursing Home (Entry Level)

Pay: $17.00/hour

We are hiring dependable and professional security guards for a nursing home environment. This is a more demanding post with strong growth potential for those who perform well.

Position Overview:

  • Day shift typically staffed with up to 3 guards:
    • Visitor desk (issuing passes)
    • Floater (patrols & assisting nursing stations)
    • Exit post (collecting passes & verifying paperwork)

Hiring Process:

  • Medical clearance required
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid 2-week training period

During training, the Account Manager will work with you to build your schedule. Flexibility is required at this location. If you are not able to be flexible, please be upfront—other locations may be a better fit.
