Your responsibilities as a Client Success Team member will include:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Scheduling and leading regular Strategic Technology Review meetings with assigned clients
  • Proactively identifying and addressing client concerns and issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Working closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of client success processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client base.

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
