Position Overview

We’re currently adding a Customer Service Representative to our team to support face-to-face interactions with business clients. This role focuses on providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring a professional and positive experience during each client visit.
You’ll be working in a business-to-business environment where communication, consistency, and attention to detail are key.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet with business clients in scheduled, in-person settings
• Provide accurate information about services and assist with client questions
• Deliver a high level of customer service during all interactions
• Maintain organized records of daily meetings and follow-ups
• Build professional relationships with new and existing clients
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
