CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays)


Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives.


Position Summary:

  • We will train you!
  • This is a Monday - Friday (Rotating Saturdays) position
  • Answer calls
  • schedule appointments & jobs
  • collect payments
  • input customer information & remote deposits
  • Follow company policies and guidelines in assisting both external and internal customers

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Answer Customer's calls and questions
  2. Respond to technicians' needs
  3. Schedule appointments for Inspectors/Technicians
  4. Works closely with all Managers to ensure open communication and outstanding customer service is delivered consistently.
  5. Document Accounts Receivables and follows up on outstanding invoices for collections.
  6. Other duties assigned
