Job description

Mueller Custom Cabinetry located in Coal City, IL. Family owned and operated. We are looking for an experienced cabinet shop builder/parts cutter with a MINIMUM of 2 years experience as a cabinet builder or similar role in a cabinet shop. Looking for an individual that takes pride of their work and wants to "grow" with our company.
You will be involved in all aspects of residential and commercial cabinetry building from start to finish.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Construct custom cabinets per specifications and design requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, material and tools.
  • The ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
  • Ability to be able to operate woodworking machines including, but not limited to  table saws, shapers, wide belt sanders, hand sanders & hand tools. All while adhering to our safety standards. 
  • Ability to work under time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting and standing for extended periods of time.
  • Collaborate with owners/employees to ensure requirements of our projects and timelines.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Strong Mathematical skills.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership and verbal.

Hourly pay based on knowledge and experience. Room to grow with our company.
