If you appreciate fine woodworking, attention to detail, and the satisfaction of producing exceptional work, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Cabinet Door Builder, you'll play a key role in producing premium custom cabinet doors for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build cabinet doors including frame-and-panel, slab, mitered, inset, and custom designs according to shop drawings and work orders.
  • Assemble door components using clamps, presses, adhesives, and fasteners to ensure doors are square, flat, aligned, and structurally sound.
  • Select appropriate materials including hardwoods, veneers, MDF, and specialty core products based on specifications.
  • Set up, operate, and adjust woodworking equipment including routers, presses, door clamps, edge banders, veneer presses, sanding equipment, and hand tools.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Verify measurements, profiles, joinery, and grain matching throughout the fabrication process.
  • Inspect finished doors for quality, identifying and correcting gaps, warping, surface flaws, and dimensional inconsistencies.
  • Rework or reject components that do not meet our premium craftsmanship standards.
  • Prepare completed doors for finishing by labeling, stacking, and racking.
  • Assist with specialty door construction and support cross-training opportunities throughout the shop.
  • Accurately document completed work in Innergy.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Cabinet door building, woodworking, millwork, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused production environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job in a manufacturing environment, including standing and moving throughout the workday, frequent use of hands and arms, occasional lifting and moving of materials, and the ability to safely operate equipment and inspect finished products. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

Why Join Us?

  • Build high-end products you can take pride in.
  • Learn from experienced woodworkers and expand your skills.
  • Be part of a team that values quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity for growth and cross-training in specialized areas of production.

If you're looking for a career where your skills, attention to detail, and craftsmanship make a visible impact every day, we encourage you to apply.
