Description: This is an entry level job.
Summary: This person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness. They are also instrumental in maintaining the restaurant equipment by providing regular preventive maintenance. Your restaurant will supply you with the necessary tools and training needed to succeed.
Requirements:
The maintenance person must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Daily filtering of all vats
• Replacing oil in vats as necessary
• Maintaining outside grounds
• All trash picked up
• Drive-thru lanes and sidewalks free of build-up
• Cleanliness of restaurant equipment
• Clean windows (inside and outside)
• Keeping the stock room, walk-in and freezers clean and organized
• Daily deep cleaning of the restrooms
• Unloading deliveries twice a week
• Taking out and trash and recycling
• Change light bulbs
• Keeping vents clean
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and change filters
• Keep roof free of debris
