Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Deckhand for Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises. This safety-sensitive role is essential to vessel operations, guest safety, and maintaining the polished presentation and service standards aboard our dining cruise vessels.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Captain with line handling, docking, and vessel operations
  • Ensure guest safety during boarding, cruising, and disembarking
  • Maintain vessel cleanliness including decks, restrooms, seating areas, and exterior spaces
  • Assist with fueling, potable water intake, and waste removal
  • Participate in required safety drills and emergency response procedures
  • Deliver friendly, professional guest interactions while maintaining safety standards
  • Assist with routine vessel maintenance including washing, detailing, painting, and upkeep
  • Support event and cruise operations as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences

What You Bring

  • Must be 18+ with a valid state-issued ID
  • Ability to swim 100 yards and tread water for 3 minutes
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and assist guests in emergency situations
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and situational awareness
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random USCG drug and alcohol testing
