Position Overview

We are seeking service-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Cruise Specialist. This role involves assisting clients with cruise planning, reservation coordination, and providing a smooth and enjoyable booking experience from start to finish.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences
  • Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations
