Position Overview
We are seeking service-oriented and detail-focused individuals to join our team as an Online Cruise Booking Agent. This role focuses on assisting clients with researching cruise options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring a smooth booking experience from start to finish.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise or travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and training are provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with researching cruise itineraries, destinations, and cabin options
  • Coordinate and confirm cruise reservations, including travel dates and guest details
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding cruise lines, onboard experiences, and requirements
  • Review booking details for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized records of client reservations and communications
  • Provide support before and after travel to ensure a positive experience
