Description

Sweetgrass Pharmacy & Compounding is a fast-growing 503A compounding pharmacy headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing functions by executing email campaigns, developing creative assets, coordinating marketing materials, and assisting with day-to-day projects.ย 


This is a hands-on, execution-focused position that provides exposure to broader marketing strategies and initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level marketing professional seeking practical experience, portfolio development, and continued growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


What You Will Work On

  • Building and deploying email campaigns in support of provider outreach and patient education initiatives.
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral including social media content, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Supporting the execution of product launches, webinars, and provider engagement campaigns.
  • Researching competitor positioning, market trends, and content ideas to inform campaign direction.
  • Organizing and maintaining marketing assets, templates, and content calendars.
  • Pulling basic performance data from email and social platforms and summarizing results.
  • Taking on additional tasks as directed by your direct supervisor.ย 

Compensation

  • $18 to $22/hour depending on experience.
  • Part time, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
  • Hybrid role, flexible scheduling within business hours.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Established graphic design experience is REQUIRED
  • Education, coursework, training, or experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.ย 
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness industries is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
