Job Description

Are you a recent college grad or an early career changer inย Columbia, SC? We areย seeking a collaborative individual who enjoys engaging with customers. Our entry-level management program trainees will learn various business functions, such asย operations, marketing, sales and management.

Candidates for our Entry-level Management training program will:

  • Engage with customers through interactive displays and promotions of our clients' products and services.
  • Be responsible for team building by developing and training entry-level representatives.
  • Communicate our clients' promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services.

Our entry-level program allows for you to fully develop your business acumen under the supervision of our Market Director. This approach has shown impressive results, with many of our new managers taking ownership of our client portfolio.
