Job description

The Sales + Creative Coordinator supports the sales process by developing compelling proposals, budgets, and creative concepts for client events. This role blends creative ideation, proposal development, and operational thinking to help bring client visions to life.

Working closely with the Sales Team, this position contributes to the design and development of unique event experiences including meetings, incentive trips, trade shows, and destination management programs. The role requires both creative thinking and strong organizational skills to translate ideas into executable event concepts.

This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential, offering opportunities to cross-train in meeting planning and destination management services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Proposal & Sales Support

  • Partner with the Sales Team to design and develop creative event concepts for client proposals.
  • Translate creative ideas into practical, logistically sound event experiences.
  • Build detailed proposals and preliminary budgets to support the sales process.
  • Research venues, vendors, and local resources to support proposal development.
  • Obtain pricing and quotes from vendors and venues to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Participate in client calls as needed to gather information and refine proposal strategies.
  • Assist in presenting concepts and proposals to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients.
  • Support onsite event execution when needed to ensure the proposed vision is delivered successfully.

Creative Development & Industry Insight

  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging experiences, and innovative event concepts.
  • Contribute creative ideas that elevate client proposals and differentiate event experiences.
  • Continuously evaluate proposal outcomes and contribute recommendations for improvement.



Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Confidence interacting with senior-level clients and internal leadership

Technical Skills
