Key Responsibilities

  • Entry-level assembly work involving manual tasks or use of light hand tools to create semi-finished or final products, systems, panels, and packaging integrated with production lines.
  • Quality control responsibilities, including regular testing as part of a defined production process, with skill requirements based on product type and complexity.
  • Compliance with health & safety guidelines, reporting any non-compliance while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures, ensuring a clean workspace and efficient shop floor operations.

Qualifications

  • Educational requirement: High School diploma or GED.
  • Key Skills: Strong organization, attention to detail, and task management with minimal supervision.
  • Personal attributes: Self-motivated, willing to develop skills, and an excellent team player with strong written and oral communication.
  • Work authorization: Must already have permission to work for ABB in the U.S.
